RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for products bought online. If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase please log into your account and file a returns request.
- You are responsible for all costs incurred to return an item to us but in some circumstances we may cover the cost of the return (i.e. in the unlikely event you received damaged or faulty products).
- You must let us know within 30 days of receipt of your order by logging in to your account and filing a returns request if you wish to return your item.
- Return requests received after 30 days of delivery may not be honoured and are at our discretion depending on the circumstance for your return request.
- We will arrange the collection of all products approved for return. The price of the collection will be detailed within your returns approval notice, and this amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

SHIPPING
We charge a delivery cost for all orders under £45.00
- We use Royal Mail and other Couriers to deliver our products
- All products are sent using tracked services that required a signature on delivery.
- Out of stock products may not show as being out of stock if they part of our handmade collection and, we are in a position to create and send you the products quickly. You will be notified at checkout if this is the case with an estimated dispatch date. (usually this is only 1 extra day)
- All orders over £45.00 will be free of any postage costs.
