How we handle the shipping of your orders

General Information

All orders are shipped via signed for Royal Mail or other Courier Services.

A Signature from someone over the age of 18 is required upon delivery. If no one is at home you can nominate a safe place or a neighbour where we can also try to deliver your order. Royal Mail signed for deliveries will be taken to your local sorting office where you can collect your order at a time that suits you. You will have a limited time to collect any orders taken to a Royal Mail sorting office and the details of this will be provided on the card that Royal Mail leave at your address. Courier services will attempt to re-deliver parcels up to 3 times before they are returned to us. Our couriers will always leave a card at your address to let you know that they have attempted to deliver your order. You will be able to re-schedule a suitable time for them to try and deliver your order, but they will automatically attempt to deliver again the next working day if you choose not to re-schedule. Some couriers we use may also be able to leave your order at a Royal Mail sorting office. They will provide details on the card they leave at your address if they have done this.

Any orders that are not successfully delivered and subsequently returned to us will incur an extra delivery charge to ship it back out to you. We will contact you if an order is returned to us to confirm you want to reschedule your delivery. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of receiving your order back we will automatically cancel your order and refund it back to you less the original shipping charge.

Handmade Products

Out of stock items from our Handmade collections may not show as being out of stock if we are in a position to produce the products upon ordering them quickly and without prolonging your delivery by more than 48 hours.

If any item will take more than 48 hours to ship out to you, you will be notified of this at checkout.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are charged on all orders under £45.00 and are calculated at the time of checkout. The delivery cost incurred will depend on the items you order.

We always charge the cheapest price available to us for sending your order and charge you delivery at cost, meaning we do not make a profit on delivery charges. We do this to ensure that you are paying a fair rate for delivery.

Where we ship to

This website is for delivery of orders to customers located within mainland UK, Northern Ireland , Highlands of Scotland, The Shetlands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, British Forces PO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.
